Q: How tall are your pallets and what are the dimensions?

A: The height each pallet will vary depending on which retail outlet it comes from. Usually pallets are between 4-6 feet tall and their dimensions are 4x4.

Q: What are your payment methods?

A: Essex accepts Cash, Bank Wire, Visa, Master Card, and Cashiers Check. We don't accept Personal or Company checks. No merchandise will be release before payment is paid in full.

Q: Can I visit your warehouse to view your product?

A: Yes, contact us to set up an appointment.

Q: Do you Export Product?

A: We do have products available for export.

Q: Do you Cherry Pick your loads?

A: No, we do not cherry-pick our loads. Our business is to sell virgin pallets from the retailers straight to you.

Q: What if you don't have any product listed that we are interested in?

A: Don't hesitate contact us. We receive new deal all the time that might not be listed on our web page. We might be able to satisfy your needs.

Q: Do I have to buy a truckload or can I just buy one pallet?

A: We do offer pallet sales. However you are limit to what you can buy. Also price per pallet is much higher.
